• GARLIC GINGER PASTE 1 TBSPN (ADA ROSHUN BATA)

• ONION CHOPPED HALF CUP (PIAZ KUCHI)

• GREEN CHILLI CHOPPED 3-4 PCS (KACHA MORICH KUCHI)

• CORIANDER LEAVES CHOPPED HALF CUP (DHONIA PATA KUCHI)

• RED CHILI POWDER HALF TSPN (LAAL MORICHER GURA)

• CINNAMON POWDER HALF TSPN (DARUCHINI GURA)

• WHITE PEPPER POWDER HALF TSPN (SADA GOL MORICH GURA)

• CARDAMON POWDER HALF TSPN (ELACH GURA)

• CUMIN POWDER HALF TSPN (JEERA GURA)

• SALT (AS PER TASTE)

• COOKING OIL (TEL)

Marinating

• COOKED CHICKEN MIX

• MASHED POTATO 250GM (ALU BHORTA)

• EGG 1 PC (DIM)

• BREAD CRUMB/TOAST CRUMB 1 CUP (TOAST BISCUT GURA)

• TOMATO SAUCE 1 TBSPN

Coating Ingredients

• EGG 2 PCS (DIM)

• BREAD CRUMB/TOAST CRUMB 1 CUP (TOAST BISCUIT GURA)

• BAMBOO STICKS (KATHI)

Frying

• COOKING OIL (TEL)

COOKING PROCESS

CHICKEN MIX

• PUT OIL ON A PAN (KEEP THE stove in medium heat)

• PUT THE MINCED CHICKEN MEAT WITH ONION, GREEN CHILLI, CORIANDER LEAVES, RED
CHILI POWDER, CINNAMON POWDER, WHITE PEPPER POWDER, CARDAMON POWDER,
CUMIN POWDER & SALT

• KEEP STIRRING IN MEDIUM FLAME

• WHEN THE MIXTURE IS COOKED, TAKE IT OUT ON A LARGE PLATE

MAKING THE LOLLY

• PUT 1 EGG, 250 GRAMS OF MASHED POTATO & 1 CUP BREAD CRUMB ON THE COOKED
CHICKEN AND MIX ALTOGETHER WELL

• GENTLY SHAPE INTO A LOLLY LIKE ROUND/EGG SHAPE

• INSERT BAMBOO STICKS ON THE LOLLIES

COATING

• Take 2 Eggs on a bowl and beat with 2 TBSPN water

• Dip the Lolly in egg and coat in with bread crumb. Then put the Lolly on a fresh plate.

FRYING

• HEAT OIL ON A PAN/FRYER FOR DEEP FRYING

• PUT THE LOLLY ON THE HOT OIL AND FRY UNTIL NICELY GOLDEN BROWN
