Ingredients

For Marinating

• BONELESS CHICKEN 400 GRAMS (MURGI HAR CHARA)

• LEMON 1PC (LEBU)

• GINGER GARLIC PASTE 1 TSPN (ADA ROSHUN BATA)

• WHITE PEPPER POWDER 1TSPN (SADA GOL MORICH GURA)

• RED CHILLI POWDER 1TSPN (LAL MORICH GURA)

• GARAM MASALA POWDER 1 PINCH (CINNAMON, CARDAMON, CLOVE)

• TOMATO SAUCE 1TBSPN 

For Coating

• PLAIN FLOUR (MAIDA) 1 CUP

• CORN FLOUR 1 CUP

• RED CHILI POWDER 1TSPN (LAL MORICH GURA)

• BAKING POWDER 1 TBSPN

• EGGS 2-3 PIECES (DIM)

• SALT (AS PER TASTE)

FRYING

• COOKING OIL (TEL)

COOKING PROCESS

MARINATION

• CUT THE BONELESS CHICKEN INTO CUBES

• SLICE THE LEMON AND SQUEEZE IT OVER THE CHICKEN

• PUT THE GARLIC GINGER PASTE, RED CHILLI, GARAM MASALA, WHITE PEPPER POWDER,
TOMATO SAUCE & GARAM MASALA POWDER

• MIX WELL ALTOGETHER

• COVER IT WITH A WRAP AND REST FOR 30 MIN TO 1 HOUR

COATING

• ON A LARGE BOWL TAKE PLAIN FLOUR, CORN FLOUR, RED CHILLI POWDER, BAKING
POWDER AND SALT

• MIX WELL ALL THE INGREDIENTS

• CRACK 2-3 EGGS AND PUT IT ON A SEPARATE BOWL

• NOW TAKE THE MARINATED CHICKEN AND PUT IT ON THE FLOUR MIXTURE

• THEN PUT ON EGG WASH AND REPEAT COATING PROCESS WITH FLOUR MIXTURE

• SHAKE OFF THE EXCESS FLOUR DUST

FRYING

• HEAT OIL ON A FRYING PAN

• GENTLY PUT THE COATED CHICKEN PIECES ON THE OIL

• FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN

YOUR DELICIOUS CHICKEN POP CORN IS READY TO SERVE.
